I'm Michael Greenspan — ADHD coach, former engineering manager, and founder of TaskTogether.
For 16 years I worked in tech — first as a software engineer, then as an engineering manager. Along the way, I learned what it's like to wrestle with ADHD while juggling deadlines, context-switching, and the constant pressure to deliver.
Now I help software engineers with ADHD cut through procrastination, build momentum, and create careers (and lives) they actually feel good about.
